There will be absolutely no showings or a final walkthrough. House is sold in as-is condition, absolutely no repairs will be made. Gas and water service are currently off and will not be turned on prior to closing. No contents will be removed from anywhere on the property by the seller. Seller is unaware of any code violations and will not take care of any discovered, they will become the responsibility of the purchaser. 10 percent buyer premium will be added to the final bid amount.
Terms - A deposit of 10% will be collected on the day of the auction with the balance due at closing. A 10% buyer premium will be added to the final purchase price. The Seller is responsible for search and real estate transfer tax at the time of closing.
